We enjoyed cruising the islands, snorkelling on the reef and the warm water.

We had a great charter. The boat was beautiful, the charter base was impressive, the staff were friendly and supportive given it was our first charter. We had to reschedule twice due to Covid and the reservation staff were accommodating helping us rearrange our plans.

Overall, communication and information was quite good (covid info was a little off, but as it changes so frequently around the world, we feel the staff did their best to help us). Dealing with Sunsail has been a pleasant experience. We have received the help we needed overall and with specific issues as needed. Renting the yacht was fairly simple and straightforward.

Check in a bit confusing. Front desk staff not as attentive as they should have been. All other was fine.

The crew at the base in Belize were very congenial and helpful. They went over the top in helping and servicing our needs. The boat was an older one and had some minor issues with the music radio and attaching our players to it. Kevin was the greatest. He spent the most time on our problems and even stayed late one night to see if he could resolve our connection problems so we could continue our 2 week cruise without much delay. I have chartered with Sunsail before and will continue to do so at other bases in the Caribbean.

Fast boat and great service when we had to return “under sail “ when the mainsail Halliard pulley broke and we could not lower our main.
