All aspects of trip from booking, to asking questions, to checking in and checking out went very smoothly. We’ll be back before long.
Fantastic customer experience. The staff are polite and patient. They take time to explain the boat and answer questions.
They even sat down to review our sailing itinerary and made suggestions based on local weather and sailing experience to ensure we started our week off right!
Boat was in excellent condition. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
We had an overall good experience with our charter. The staff were friendly and helpful, the boat was in mostly great shape and the vacation was wonderful!

Support with boat systems along the way Elias was great
The location and the great mix of people on the flotilla
The welcome box could either be more thorough and would have liked snorkels now that we are post Covid.
Great boat. Good brief

The quality of the boat and the lead crew
Hassle free
fantastic boat, fantastic area (Ionian) great staff, great flotilla skipper, best ever (Georgio) only negative was relatively light winds
Every thing
Ease of booking, helpful staff making the booking, very knowledgeable skipper.
Space onboard the cat was ideal for a holiday with young kids.
The flotilla was excellent but there were, in my opinion, things which need attention. The main issue is the lack of inflatable life jackets, we asked before departure from the base if we could swap the foam ones for inflatable ones and were told “No”. The foam ones are only fit for emergency use when abandoning ship, it is impractical to wear them for normal use around the boat or on the tender. I consider this a safety issue and we would have brought our own life jackets if this had been made clear beforehand.
On previous Sunsail flotillas we have bee provided with handheld VHF radios and a repeater for the main radio in the cockpit. Fortunately I brought my own handheld.
The lead crew were brilliant and the skipper enormously helpful and knowledgeable, maybe some of the comms could be clearer
Well organised. Relaxing. Great lead crew. Felt looked after
Security of the flotilla system and on/ hand availability of advice and support when abroad if needed
Flight management could have been a lot better – earlier flights as arriving at boat late not ideal as not many around and nobody at reception.
One to one briefing prior to leaving, I did have a plan but spending 20 mins going over it and fine tuning it for local conditions etc meant we had a much better plan and took the lottery out of it! Was great to get away on the first evening and not stay in the marina felt like we had been given an ‘extra’ day
Everything is arranged, everything is right.
