Belize is a small country in northern Central America, just a bit larger than Wales. To the north is Mexico and to the west is Guatemala. The western Caribbean fronts the rest of Belize.  It is often referred to as ‘Mother Nature’s Best Kept Secret’ and we don’t ever wonder why.
