I like the relaxed atmosphere and the assistance from the lead boat which enables us to sail with the minimum crew.

The pre-departure info was very helpful and comprehensive. Checking in and out was very well organised. The flotilla concept is a great confidence builder. The lead team were helpful and highly available. I only didnt give a 10 because we lost 2 days sailing due to the weather, and if we had bare-boated that would likely only have been 1, as the flotilla has to cater for the least-able crew.

Rally helpful crew at the base and all really well organised. Also, importantly, made sure we kept safe in the stormy weather!

Staff were nice, polite, and willing to help

The lead crew (Tom, Paul and Claudia) were great, just the right amount of help and advice. The boat was pretty much new, so was excellent. We had done a flotilla with Neilson in the past and there was no comparison, your guys/boats were so much better!!

From booking to sailing adventure the experience was very professional from Sunsail. This was our first flotilla adventure and the team on the phone, on site and during the sailing were helpful, friendly and offered support to share a great experience. WE will be looking to book again with you in 2025.
Lastly a shout out to Claudia, Ella and Liv who were on our lead boat, ladies you were amazing. 🙂

The boat was fantastic and all very easy

It was another perfect holiday with Sunsail. We were allocated a new yacht with all modern conveniences. We went on a week long Croatia Brac flotilla with Becky, Jessie, Adam who were an amazing team. Helpful with information on the locations and fun with loads of things to entertain us along the way during the week which you could take part in or not. Thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable.

We did the Brac flotilla leaving Marina Agana on 28th June 2025. We were aboard Girasole which was a 41ft Dufour with 3 cabins with 2 teenage children. From the word go, Becky, Jesse and Adam were hands-on with advice, tips and useful information.

Becky was brilliant with organisation of social events and destinations, things to do and restaurants etc. There was no pressure to attend any events, however we did attend things like the pub quiz (not something we would normally do) and we were glad we did as it was loads of fun and we got to know all the other boats. Similarly evening meals with other boats. If you want to attend then great, if not, no problem.

Jesse was super helpful with a couple of minor snags on the boat and always on hand to assist and offer advice. Really lovely bloke, nothing was too big an ask, even a minor medical issue with my son. He also helps tie up in the evening and is a super confident sailor/yachtsman.

We were relative newcomers to sailing so were a tad apprehensive at first and explained this to Adam, the lead skipper. He helped us leave port on day 1 (in fact every day) and was always there to help us moor in the evenings. Another lovely chap, very experience as a skipper and super calm when everyone comes in to moor in the afternoon/evening. Morning briefings always clear, well structured and good fun.

All in all, couldn’t recommend Sunsail or this bunch of crew/staff anymore. Thank you Becky, Jesse and Adam for an unforgettable week. If we could give 6 stars we would. Super stuff x

We booked a 3 week holiday with Sunsail in Lefkada and sailed the Southern Ionian Islands. First week, myself and the wife did the flotilla with Sinéad, Inga and Luke. We had a amazing week aboard a 37 foot Dufour 2024. Lovely new modern boat. The lead crew were amazing, from the briefings to the meals and the assistance. They had their work cut out for them with 10 boats and a busy time of year, but they simply got on with it and made it a breeze for everyone. Our second and third week was a bareboat on the same boat and we simply choose a few new places to visit and revisit our favorites, the boat was perfect for just the two of us. Then the third week we were joined by 3 adult kids and that was a squeeze, but we managed, certainly would book a 42 foot with 2 heads if doing that again. But overall the experience with Sunsail was flawless, they are very well organised and the boats was top notch. This is the 3rd time using Sunsail and I will be back again for sure.

We sailed with Sunsail in Greece last year and had such a great time that we didn’t hesitate to book again – this time on the Brac flotilla in Croatia. Once again, it was an incredible experience.

Huge thanks to our amazing lead crew – Becky, Adam, and Jesse – who kept everything running smoothly and made the week relaxed, safe, and full of fun. Their organisation and energy really made the trip special.

A big shoutout as well to Nikola, our skipper, who was absolutely excellent – knowledgeable, calm, and great company throughout the week.

Also want to thank Becky from the UK booking team, who made the whole process super easy. She was very helpful and clearly knew the ins and outs of Sunsail’s trips, which gave us lots of confidence before we even left home.

We would highly recommend the Brac flotilla to anyone considering a sailing holiday. Gorgeous destinations, great sailing, and the perfect balance of adventure and downtime. We’ll definitely be booking with Sunsail again!

Our Croatian Flotilla holiday (Brač) our first us and our Sunsail Team (Adam, Jesse and Becky) were brilliant and defiantly 10/10. The itinerary was perfect and our boat (Harmony) was an 8 berth and perfectly adequate for our needs, clean, modern and well equipped, comfortable beds and clean linen and towels. We hired 2 paddle boards for our party of 8 but 1 would have been enough as they do restrict access on deck. The morning briefings led by Adam were professional and well delivered, lots of key information given as well as options for lunch stops, questions always welcomed. Sailing bareboat under the Sunsail umbrella was perfect for us as it provided support when we needed it and was so useful when entering/leaving the harbours. Becky was super at her job and the organised events were pitched at exactly the right level and I think every boat in our flotilla participated, the breakfast on the first morning and the G&T evening were unexpected but very nice and were a great way to get to know the crews in our flotilla. Overall Sunsail as a company delivered a “dream come true” experience (of course the fabulous conditions helped !!) and they should be very proud of Adam, Jesse and Becky who are great ambassadors for the company.

Our first sailing experience after passing my day skipper, Sunsail Agana in Croatia.
We opted for the Brac Flotilla to get the extra support from having a lead crew. (Adam, Becky and Jesse).
I must say, the location, the yacht quality and cleanliness, and the support from the flotilla team and the base team at Agana was second to none from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to sadly say goodbye.
I was made to feel at ease as a skipper, and the worry of finding moorings and stern to mooring became simple.
The whole process of booking and understanding the pricing, with no hidden extras ! was a breeze. And any booking queries were answered promptly and courteously from Marilize.
We enjoyed the whole experience that much, Im going back out to sail again shortly. This time we are going to experience the Krka flotilla.
My sincere thanks to all at Sunsail, from Marilize during booking, to the base crew at Agana, and a special thanks to Adam for making my first solo outing as a skipper so at ease.

One of, if not the best holiday I’ve ever been on. Becky, Jesse and Adam were amazing constantly making sure we were all okay, giving advice and creating really fun activities for us all to participate in.
We want to come back every year and hope to see them all again!

We had a brilliant trip on the Hvar flotilla. It was my son’s first time skippering and it all went (mostly) to plan. Sunsail were excellent, the boat was in great condition; the host Becky was lovely, Adam calm and steady guiding us in every night and we kept Jesse the technician busy too! Couldn’t fault it and clearly Sunsail have the formula for this holiday just right! Thank-you.

A really great week. The support from the sunsail team Adam, Jesse and Becky was top class. The Hvar flotilla took us to some lovely spots and we were well assisted at both departure and arrival each day . The boat was very well equipped. Becky organised some really fun events , and the restaurant recommendations were always great. Croatia has some fabulous scenery and was spectacular from the water . Would definitely return and do another flotilla with sunsail.

Deserves more than 5 out of 5! The crew (Carraig, Elle, Finn) were perfect, and what an amazing mix of sailing, beautiful places, great food and fun people.

We were on the 1-week flotilla to Brac (Croatia) and had excellent service on arrival from the Marina Agana team to greet us and ready the boat. This was our first flotilla and our Sunsail lead boat team were absolutely brilliant in supporting us throughout the 7 days. They were always available either on VHF or the WhatsApp group. Also great to meet other groups during the trip. It all contributed to a super experience for our friends and family. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience chartering from Sunsail out of Agana, Croatia. The staff was professional, responsive, and helpful.

The base manager, Mirna, was always willing to help. We were especially happy about the condition of the yacht we chartered. It was in excellent condition.

We hope to be back in beautiful Croatia in the near future!

The Hvar flotilla was amazing.
We were looked after by Becky, Jesse and Adam. All three were amazing and made sailing the Adriatic an enjoyable experience.
I’ve had remendous time and would be back again next week if I could.
