Our base at Komolac isn’t far from Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town, and a 10-minute taxi ride takes you into the heart of this ancient city. Explore the medieval fortifications, Renaissance palaces and overlapping streets of Dubrovnik before departing on your flotilla adventure, or stay in Komolac and climb the hills bordering the pretty Ombla River.

Lopud Island - Lopud Town

Leaving from our base at Dubrovnik, you'll head to the unspoilt Lopud Island. Stop for lunch on the sandy beaches of Šunj or Misty. There are no cars on Lopud, so the only way to reach these perfect picnic spots is by boat.

Mljet Island - Polače

Cruise the length of forested Mljet Island, hugging the craggy shoreline en route to Polače. Protected from the elements by a group of small islets, Polače is built around an angle of coastline providing access to the lovely Mljet National Park. Obtain a national park ticket and head for the two pretty saltwater lakes for which the area is known.

The Dubrovnik flotilla reunites at Trstenik on the Pelješac Peninsula. Known as one of the most beautiful villages of the Croatian Coast, Trstenik is situated at the foot of the Pelješac hills. Many of the gorgeous town's small bays and beaches can only be accessed by boat. On land, sip on Trstenik's famous red wine at the Grgic Vina Winery and grab a bite to eat in town.

Korčula Island - Lumbarda

Enjoy a spot of sailing to the island of Korčula, where you’ll call at the traditional fishing village of Lumbarda. With a wide bay offering ample mooring, Lumbarda features a number of excellent beaches where you can lounge in the sun for a relaxing afternoon. Lumbarda is also known for its Grk Bijeli wine, so treat yourself to a glass or three while you’re here.

Lastovo Island - Zaklopatica

Sail in open blue waters from Korcula to Lastovo island. On the northern side of the island sits Zaklopatica, where you'll find plenty of sheltered anchorages and moorings. A sailor's paradise, Zaklopatica Bay is a popular safe haven that offers a variety of accomodations, several restaurants, and cafes.

Your two free sailing days give you the chance to indulge your curiosity and set your own schedule, heading out to new destinations independently or in small groups with your new friends. Go further afield and forge out into the Adriatic—if you don’t have any set destinations in mind then your lead crew will be on hand with recommendations and the latest weather updates to ensure you make the most of your time.

With the Dalmatian Coast at your feet, your two free sailing days could take you to Vis in the west or the large islands of Hvar, Brač and Šolta further along the coast. You could even venture as far as Split and visit the ruins of Diocletian’s Palace, wander around the city’s excellent markets or relax in a cocktail bar with your new friends and watch the world go by. The free sailing days are yours to do with as you please, so make the most of them.

The Dubrovnik flotilla reunites at Lovište on the Pelješac Peninsula. Lovište is known for its water sports, with diving and windsurfing both popular in the region. If you’d rather kick back on land, Lovište’s relaxed and quiet atmosphere is a perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy a meal and a drink with your flotilla companions at one of Lovište’s many fine restaurants.
Pelješac - Orebić

The largest town on Pelješac, Orebić is rich in history dating back to the 14th century. Take in the plush greenery that surrounds this farming and fishing town as you find hidden treasures like the Maritime Museum and Franciscan monastery. Soak in the sun at Trstenica beach, one of the most interesting beaches in Orebić.
Mljet Island - Okuklje

From Slano’s sheltered harbour, sail over the glassy, millpond surface of the Adriatic to the island of Mljet. You’ll pass through a small gulf between the tree-topped islets of Otok Olipa and Otok Jakljan before entering the sheltered bay of Okuklje. Swim and snorkel in the shallow waters of the bay before spending an evening in a quiet konoba (restaurant) with your new flotilla friends.

Return to Pelješac Island and navigate the channels to the town of Ston where you have the day to explore. Another city boasting an ancient past, this southern Croatian city is protected by tall stone walls that were constructed in 1333. Explore the Ston City Walls that once protected three fortresses and return to the marina for a wonderful meal at any number of cozy restaurants and bistro.

Notch yet another beautiful Dalmatian island onto your tally with a beautiful cruise to Šipan Island. The town of Suđurađ is nestled in a small natural inlet on the east coast of the island, providing perfect sheltered mooring for an overnight stop. Šipan is an Eden-like island where olives, figs, grapes, almonds and citrus fruits spring up from the productive soil. Be sure to try some of the island’s excellent local produce before you leave.

From Suđurađ, the journey is a short one back to our base at Komolac. A shorter journey means you have plenty of time to further explore the Dalmatian Coast before you head home. Stop off for lunch at one of the beautiful Elaphiti Islands, or take the time to visit Dubrovnik and lose yourself in the irresistible old town. Whatever you decide to do, ensure you make the most of the last day of your Dubrovnik flotilla adventure.
