“Having just arrived back from being in the company of Sunsail for a week I felt it truly worth mentioning what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish. Everyone there makes your stay special answering even the most trivial question which I know personally can be very tiresome. The staff never appear to stop always available with ideas of where to eat or drink fantastic cocktails. Directions each day very helpful clear and professional so I knew where to go. A big thank yo to all the staff. looking forward to a future holiday here.”

“Just returned from a bareboat charter based out of Zea Marina in Athens. The yacht (a Beneteau 46.1) was high-quality, only about 18 months old and well maintained. The Sunsail team had ensured that the yacht was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and ready for us. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week of exhilarating sailing and can highly recommend the team at Athens for great service, friendliness and a warm welcome. Thank you!”

“For the second time, we came to Athens. This time the itinerary took us to the Saronic Islands. Final destination: Nafplio.
Once again, the services of the Sunsail team in Athens were very good. The supplies were there and of quality. Especially since we had asked for a quick departure, wanting to leave at the end of the afternoon for Egina. Everything was perfectly respected. The same was true for the return.
Finally, a word about the boat: a one-year-old Sunsail 46. Very good boat with the charm of electricity (winch, annex) due to the power generator.
In short, pure happiness!”
“We had a brilliant week. The boats were reasonably well equipped and most missing or broken items were quickly sorted by the helpful, friendly staff. The lead boat crew were incredibly hard working and really helped to make the week. Croatia was beautiful and perfect for sailing around the islands. Some of the facilities were a little limited for the number of people using them but they were mostly clean and plenty of hot water, which was the main thing. The only reason for not giving full stars was the late night noise from other sunsail boats. I would have expected guidelines on what is acceptable during the initial briefing. I certainly would have expected the lead boat crew to intervene when one of the boats in the flotilla partied loudly until 0400, adversely affecting all of the rest of the flotilla, most of whom were not happy about it.”
“It was a wonderful holiday after not being able to sail due to the pandemic. We were a little rusty but the lead crew led by Julia were fantastic on our flotilla and made the whole experience very good. We were impressed with the facilities on the boat – air con whilst couldn’t be used during the week was a welcome surprise to use when on the base dock. We had a niggle which was a bit frustrating – the wind vane on the yaught kept getting stuck as the mast had been damaged prior to us using the boat. The vane kept getting stuck on the aerial at the top of the mast which meant I was very uncomfortable using the sails without the weather vane functioning properly. We missed 2 days of sailing because of this. Thankfully the crew fixed the issue by bending the aerial back to allow the vane to rotate properly on the third morning of our holiday. Great it got fixed, but we would have expected it to be working properly from the first day and so felt a little “short changed”. The only other niggle was one of the restaurants on the group dinner was very expensive (Dionysos – almost double the price of the other very good group dinners) and had limited choice between fish and meat. Didn’t feel like value for money. Other than those two niggles which we hope might help improve the experience we had a fab time, so thank you.”
