Overview
Sunsail’s MileBuilders courses are designed to facilitate yachtsmen and women building sea miles and experience on longer and more challenging passages than is often possible on RYA courses.
MileBuilder courses are offered year-round in the UK and are ideal for building confidence as well as accumulating mileage.
With a RYA qualified instructor on board, our 5-day MileBuilder course is also a great way to work through the requirements of your next RYA syllabus.
MileBuilder Courses are recommended for sailors who are at Day Skipper level or above.

At Sunsail we understand that it can be difficult to build the sea miles needed to take your next sailing qualification.
The MileBuilders have been specifically designed by Sunsail to include challenging passages and allow you to cover more miles than is possible with a traditional yacht charter or flotilla holiday.
The actual itinerary will depend on the instructor and conditions, but you should expect to cover around 200-250 miles during the week.
