Security of the flotilla system and on/ hand availability of advice and support when abroad if needed

Flight management could have been a lot better – earlier flights as arriving at boat late not ideal as not many around and nobody at reception.

One to one briefing prior to leaving, I did have a plan but spending 20 mins going over it and fine tuning it for local conditions etc meant we had a much better plan and took the lottery out of it! Was great to get away on the first evening and not stay in the marina felt like we had been given an ‘extra’ day

Variety of places visited on the Islands.

With a Flotilla, on arrival it would be good to be given a sheet with the names of the other boats, skipper name and contact details as well as the names and contact information of the skipper and crew.

First time sailing and loved the experience. Every day was very different and a great way to see the Ionian coast. We had a freelance skipper (Nicos) who was very easy company and very knowledgeable.

Generally very good. Three minor things: life jackets provided were all L or XL so not great for average/small adults, the online video briefings slightly missed the mark (chart briefing was poor/too long to take-in in advance of holiday), and having to queue for a long time to get in on some days was frustrating.

Friendliness and good service of the staff are n the office and at the dock.
We appreciated the responsiveness to our questions and walking the extra mile to get things done.

Loved how hands on and practical the learning was. Alex and Allen where very patient with us and informative. Poppy treasure has been especially helpful within the week when at base. We have a had a brilliant week, the south route was lovely.
