Southampton Boat Show

Southampton Boat Show: The Absolute Guide

Southampton International Boatshow is a highlight of the boating calendar. Taking place this year from the 16th to the 25th of September, 2022, it has everything for watersports and boating enthusiasts. From stand-up paddleboards to superyachts, and everything in between, you’ll find something that catches your eye.

What to expect at Southampton Boat Show 2022?

The event is jam packed with everything to do with being on the water. It is often described as a family friendly boat festival, which is a great description as there is lots to see and do. There are plenty of opportunities for visitors to get out and have fun on the water or just to peruse over 300 boats on display, showcasing classic boat craft as well as the latest in boat building innovation.

There are hundreds of global marine brands exhibiting at the show, meaning experts are on hand at all times to help you find what you’re looking for, be that a new piece of tech or a whole new boat!

How to get there?

The show’s entrance is connected to Southampton’s Westquay shopping centre where there are 4,000 parking spaces. Follow directions to Mayflower Park and the entrance will be hard to miss.

Make sure to buy a ticket ahead of the event, with standard tickets (depending on the day you attend) starting at £26.00. Two children (aged 15 and under) can attend for free with each adult ticket bought.
