The Agana base is a great starting point. The yacht was comfortable and well maintained.

Agana is a great place to sail out from. The Sunsail crew were fantastic and the boat was well prepared.

Just back from the Brac flotilla from Marina Agana in Split and had a superb time. Although Sunsail provided a lovely yacht and a great flotilla plan, what actually made it wonderful were our lead Crew, Cerys, Harry and Lois. Cerys, our hostess, made sure we had everything we needed at all times and encouraged us in entertainment that made the whole group blend and laugh constantly. Harry made sure that our sailing experience was smooth and provided support in mooring and had endless patience when we asked for advice. Lois quietly and understatedly fixed every technical issue immediately and was our “bow thruster” on awkward moorings. They were a cohesive and joyful team who made our holiday one to always remember. I highly recommend this trip and Sunsail. This is our third.

Amazing week on the Hvar Flotilla with huge thanks to our fantastic lead crew Cally, Louie and Alex

We have sailed with Sunsail several times, and this was undoubtedly one of our favourite flotillas.
The sailing area around Agana, Brač, Hvar and the surrounding islands is absolutely stunning. Crystal-clear water, beautiful anchorages, charming harbours and magnificent weather made for a fantastic week on the water.
What really made this holiday special was the lead crew. Harry (Lead Skipper), Lois (Tech) and Karis (Host) were one of the best crews we’ve experienced. They were professional, friendly, organised and always on hand to help. Any issues with the boats were dealt with quickly and efficiently, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the holiday.
Their local knowledge was excellent, and they consistently recommended great lunch stops, swimming spots, activities and evening restaurants. The social events were well organised without ever feeling forced, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the week.
The rest of the flotilla were a great group of people, and we made some wonderful memories both on and off the water. From shared lunches and games to evening dinners and drinks, there was always something enjoyable happening.
A huge thank you to Harry, Lois and Cerys for making the week such a success. We would happily sail with this crew again and would highly recommend this flotilla to anyone considering a sailing holiday in Croatia.

Our trip on the Brac Flotilla is sadly over and we are left with amazing memories of sailing, swimming, meeting wonderful and fun crews.
Our Sunsail Lead Crew, Harry, Lois and Cerys, made our trip! They were always on hand to help us get the most of the week and made the flotilla a team of fun.

We had an amazing week on the Hvar flotilla. We sailed as a couple on Bailout, a 34.1 Beneteau yacht which was perfect for just two of us. We visited Stomorska and Sesula Bay (fabulous spot)on Solta, Milna on Brac, Stari Grad and Jelsa on Hvar. There were 10 yachts on the flotilla plus the lead crew boat. Alex ( Skipper), Louie (Tech) and Cally (host) were fabulous throughout taking care of everyone and our boats. Daily briefings on the route, weather, wind, suggested lunch stops and mooring made passage planning easy. Restaurants and moorings all taken care of. You would have not known that this was there first flotilla together as a lead crew. They were all so friendly and helpful. Plenty of time to meet and mix with others in the evening activities too. Especially loved the blind folded dinghy race and final night group dinner. It was an international flotilla with guests from the UK, Alaska, Australia and New Zealand. Lots of wonderful memories..
Our second Hvar flotilla and fourth time sailing from Marina Agana. Would highly recommend Sunsail and this beautiful part of Croatia

Sailing the islands from Agana, Croatia with Sunsail was a fantastic experience. The boat was spacious and well equipped, we had almost perfect weather and we visited some beautiful island towns and coves. Sailing in a flotilla is a great way to go, especially if it is your first time sailing the Dalmation coast. The week’s itinerary is set, moorings are pre-arranged and the Sunsail team who accompanies you always has your back. Our Sunsail team – Harry, Lois and Charys – were extremely helpful and ensured our holiday went very smoothly. For example, one day we had problems with the rigging of the main sail and they fixed it as soon as we moored. We really enjoyed the company of the other boat crews in the flotilla too.

This was my first sailing trip and it couldn’t be with a better group. The boat was great – comfortable and modern, and our host were FABULOUS! The whole crew were extremely helpful assisting when we needed it, information on places to stop off, booking restaurants and organising group activities.

7th time chartering Sunsail between BVI & Med sails. This trip – group of 10 including 2 children between 5 & 10 years old on a 45′ sailing catamaran.
The catamaran was exceptionally clean and well outfitted – including kid netting. It performed flawlessly.
The BVI Sunsail base was quite good – very polite employees all around, GREAT location for pre-provisioning or after arrival.
A minor con: the on-base, required, in-person chart briefing was of little use (and thoroughly out-done by the excellent pre-trip on-line briefing).
A larger con: the technical support team for on-the-water assistance had some internal communication issues. Without going into detail, if there is a problem for which you need their support boat to arrive, assume that there is little to no communication between the rep you talk to on the phone and any actual deployment of assistance on the water. This admittedly based on only one instance where no assistance arrived by the next morning requiring multiple calls that had to start from scratch each time to describe the problem – and this with a Sunsail support boat, unbeknownst to us, sitting only some 10 moorings away that apparently never got notified. Stuff happens.

I will be using Sunsail (or Moorings) in the future!

Fantastic Hvar Flotilla. I’ve done several Flotilla holidays and this was by far the best and that is mainly down to the crew of Fin, India and Ben. They went above and beyond on every occasion.

Fabulous week on Top Gun, made especially fabulous thanks to our first class crew – Aleks, Cally, Louie, Harry, Cerys and Lois. Super to make wonderful memories with old friends and new! Thank you so, so much.

Just finished a totally awesome sailing week in Agana. Our Lead Crew, India, Finn and Ben, were absolutely THE BEST; amazingly knowledgeable, always on point and incredibly fun. Their infectious enthusiasm genuinely made our holiday. Thanks guys, you rock! Highly recommend!

Spent a week in flotilla with Finn, India, Ben and Louie who were our Sunsail crew. First of all the sailing around Split to islands like Solta, Hvar and Brac was amazing. The weather was beautiful if not the windiest. The scenery and places visited were fantastic. What I would say is that having done a similar week starting from Dubrovnik, mooring on these bigger islands tends to be extra and can work out a bit more expensive. That aside the Sunsail crew were awesome. Always calm and super helpful, they always made sure there was support on hand and had plenty of recommendations for places to stop and see en route. They are definitely a credit to Sunsail and go out of their way to make sure that each crew in the flotilla have a great time and are looked after.

The whole family had a great holiday on the Hvar Flotilla in Croatia. Our yacht was Ivona a Dufour 44 with four separate cabins and heads, which suited our sleeping arrangements. The yacht was 2 years old and had air conditioning and a water maker, so we never needed to top up with all six taking showers on board. Our lead crew of Finn, India, Ben and Louie were great fun and everything was well organised. The children in the flotilla particularly enjoyed the activities that were arranged and everybody took part.

Awesome time sailing North out of Marina Agana.

Loved Primosten, loads of great bays for anchoring either for day time chilling or the evening. Traveled up the river to Skradin (didn’t use the marina there as they wanted 300 euro per night for the catamaran. Anchored with a couple of stern lines a shore near by and dingyed over, explored the National Parks Waterfalls and loved it, spo beautiful.

Sunsail base was great and staff very friendly and informative, boat was great also. Would have preferred a separate wind vane display in the cockpit but that’s being picky.

Great boat, couldn’t fault it. The leads cews were very helpful, knowledgeable and on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend.

An incredible bucket list experience filled with unique island adventures at every stop. The Catamaran was comfortable and safe to operate. Our generator failed mid trip but a service technician was immediately sent to our location.
