The boat sailed very well

The friendly welcome from the marina staff and how helpful they were.

Really nothing for the boat and service, perhaps more investment in the harbor

We enjoyed cruising the islands, snorkelling on the reef and the warm water.

18.00 pick-up on first day is very restrictive.

A great cruising area

The boat was clean and maintained to a high standard and the staff at English Harbour base were particularly helpful, easy to deal with and addressed all of our needs. The one issue we had with the boat, a snapped anchor bridle was fixed very quickly by the base staff which required them to travel by car to our location to deal with.

The boat was beautifully maintained, immaculate inside and out. Your team in Antigua are fantastic…. very helpful and hardworking.

The boats are in very good condition and well maintained. The staff is excellent and everyone is very helpful and accommodating. The briefings are good and the location excellent.

Overall a lovely holiday as Antigua is just beautiful. While the boat, meaxjeux, is in the classic category there were some problems that I feel should have been addressed with more permanent repairs, such as front hatch hinge broken and cooker not working. Also 5 lines to allow entry into marina at jolly harbour. Thanks for the masks and snorkels, but would have been better to know this before arrival! Local team member ‘Bob’ particularly really good and very polite, Friendly & helpful but they didn’t reply to vhf call on return leading us to hang around for a while outside rather than proceed. And yes they did hear us!

There are discrepancies in the advice and guidance on the website and sent to me by the UK Sunsail team and the reality of things when we arrived at the base in Tortola.
