The staff at Lefkas were always helpful, the boat was properly prepared and there was the right balance between oversight and freedom. I was especially happy that at the end – when we had returned the boat the way we had found it – we weren’t hit with any unexpected charges.

It’s not really about what Sunsail could do better, it’s more about which of our friends would be interested and also as we get older, the rigours of a sailing holiday aren’t quite as appealing.

Straightforward booking and preparation.

Sunsail run a great operation and our experience was exactly in line with the marketing and communications provided by Sunsail in the lead up to our holiday.
The yacht was clean, tidy and fully operational. The people were friendly and service prompt and professional.

The sunsail team were amazing. They covered all bases from navigation to hospitality and maintenance. They made us feel completely at ease with what was a new experience for us as sailors. Please pass on our thanks to Tadek, El and Luka.

I work with hundreds of vendors and agencies, and rarely see this level of service. I am seriously impressed by the Sunsail team. From sales, to check in, crew, and virtual skipper, Sunsail has put together an incredible experience.

I like the relaxed atmosphere and the assistance from the lead boat which enables us to sail with the minimum crew.

The pre-departure info was very helpful and comprehensive. Checking in and out was very well organised. The flotilla concept is a great confidence builder. The lead team were helpful and highly available. I only didnt give a 10 because we lost 2 days sailing due to the weather, and if we had bare-boated that would likely only have been 1, as the flotilla has to cater for the least-able crew.

Rally helpful crew at the base and all really well organised. Also, importantly, made sure we kept safe in the stormy weather!

Staff were nice, polite, and willing to help

The lead crew (Tom, Paul and Claudia) were great, just the right amount of help and advice. The boat was pretty much new, so was excellent. We had done a flotilla with Neilson in the past and there was no comparison, your guys/boats were so much better!!
