Good communications, responded quickly to problems, staff very friendly.

Friendliness and effectiveness of staff in Belize including Diego Coc, Renee Brown and Kevin (technical rep). On the charter booking side, John Osborne was (and always is) particularly helpful. Boat was well prepped and ready to go early. Chart and boat brief both completed early as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to fix last minute issues so we could get out as soon as possible. The chart briefing and boat check-out was thorough.

Everything about our Sunsail experience was perfect. Captain Dale was invaluable in getting us mored or docked safely and provided a wealth of local knowledge and contacts that made our stay perfect. Lindsay was equally helpful and informative during our planning phase and Sassy at the front desk was a big help at checkin. And finally, Kismet’s beautiful singing filled us all with joy! We will be back!

The Sunsail 454 was in beautiful condition when we arrived and had no issues during our 8 day BVI charter. It was a fabulous home for 4 couples. The Sunsail/Moorings staff were all smiles, efficient, professional and timely.
