Flotilla crew were friendly, helpful and always there when you needed them. The boat was well prepared and in excellent condition. Nice balance of on and off piste activities for all ages.

Communication regarding getting to Road Town from St Thomas. When I made the reservation I asked about transfers (ferry and taxi) which Sunsail had handled on previous trips and was told to call when I had flight information. When I called back I was told Sunsail no longer arranges the transfers

I have had to rebook this trip 3 times because of COVID and the staff has been very accommodating during all these rebookings. We also had the BEST CAPTAIN OF ALL TIME (Captain Jill) who made our lives so relaxing throughout the week.

This was the best flotilla we have ever been on. Our lead crew of Lara, Roko and Josh were so friendly and helpful throughout. It was a massive flotilla of 14 boats / 71 people, they were always available to help! The places we visited were really interesting and it was great to have Roko on hand to help dock our massive catamaran. I really think having a local skipper and host is a great idea, they know the waters and restaurants better than any UK team surely. Thank you Sunsail for a great holiday and providing us with the best crew! ACI Marina crew and office ladies, were fab too

I only have one issue that we were unhappy about and that was the very long wait to get on the boat. It wasn’t made clear to us at time of booking that we could have got on the boat earlier than 5pm and having caught a 6am BA flight from Heathrow, the wait for the boat was really tiring. More detail on early boarding would’ve been welcome.

Staff in the US and Croatia answered our questions in a timely manner. Boats seem well-equipped and well-maintained.

Overall service and Quality

The boat was well set up for family sailing. The flotilla itinerary was excellent. Interesting harbours, varied destinations and plenty of scope for sailing and hanging out at anchor for swimming etc

Longtime positive experiene with Sunsail that has been confirmed again, very resonsive and supportive from the first contact in Europe to the last contact in Thailand.

I liked the balance of professionalism and laid back attitude of the lead crew. The joint activities were good fun without being regimented and boats could and did do their own thing. The boat was a good size for us with all the right facilities. I enjoyed the route and found an amazing place for a free swing lunch. Ammoglossa beach, Meganisi.
