Longtime positive experiene with Sunsail that has been confirmed again, very resonsive and supportive from the first contact in Europe to the last contact in Thailand.

I liked the balance of professionalism and laid back attitude of the lead crew. The joint activities were good fun without being regimented and boats could and did do their own thing. The boat was a good size for us with all the right facilities. I enjoyed the route and found an amazing place for a free swing lunch. Ammoglossa beach, Meganisi.

You very kindly upgraded us to a Moorings yacht as the yacht we had planned to have had an issue with its Autohelm.

Loved the trip and the catamaran. The people were amazing. The boat was clean and fairly stocked. The captain had good recommendations on our stops each day. We do suggest that you have employees take bags to the boat. They would get tips from us and help us out after long flights! Also, I misunderstood the provisioning window and tried to email 7 days prior with no response. We did just go to your little market and it worked out fine. Maybe you could look at a shuttle to do provisioning runs the first day. Also- we did not have the correct floating lines needed to tie up to trees when anchoring near the islands with other boats around. I do realize we could maybe have set the second anchor- but the longer floating lines would have been A lifesaver. We were tying lines together and running them back with the dinghy. Now we know what to do but this was our first time so there was a huge learning curve. Told this to the man that went over our boat with us before we left- he just said no they would t do that – give lines. Mmmmmm- bad answer. Safety here. I do have one think- we were told someone would be on the fuel pier for us and called in at about 20 min period- but no one was there until we finished. Poor customer service. Other thank that- it was a great experience and we will definitely charter again.

Our instructor Allan Owen was knowledgeable and made our learning process fun and informative. Our experience on the Islands surrounding Lefkada was memorable with plenty of opportunities to experience the local culture and cuisine. We had the perfect mix of instruction, sailing and holiday.
