Although the overall maintenance and functionality of the boat was good, it did show extreme signs of wear and use. A number of convenience items and fittings broke during our week.

Check in process does not work, trying to check in everyone on the same day means your customer service suffers, why don’t you allow check in everyday of the week

All aspects of the charter went well from booking to sailing. The boat was in great shape. The captain really made our trip. He was fantastic.

Not something Sunsail can control but the light winds in the morning limited the amount of sailing we could do and we were encouraged to moor between 4 and 5pm.
