Notre dernière expérience nous a un peu déçu mais louant depuis plusieurs dizaines d’années, notre avis est néanmoins largement positif.

When there was a problem with our yacht (a seawater leak), two staff members got up at 04:00 to deliver an identical yacht to our location. It is difficult to imagine a better way of dealing with that unexpected issue

Great boat , brilliant lead crew , fantastic sailing grounds and all e executed to the highest of standards

We were heavily disrupted by weather , ( not your fault) but the route was not balance in sail time day to day

Keith and his team did a fantastic job — best run charter base I have evere seen and I have seen many, many aound the world.

The sail area is good. The staff were outstanding particularly Lucy and Patrick. Patrick had a difficult time with a fault in our boat . He was a brilliant ambassador for your organisation . Generally the boat was in good condition.

All of the admin before the trip was well organised. We moved the dates twice and the office team handled that really well. The arrival process was well managed, especially given how many people were setting off on the same day. The boat we were originally assigned to, Jamais, had a problem with the fridge. After a brief attempt to diagnose and fix the problem, Keith and the team offered us another, bigger boat at no extra cost – we were very impressed and enjoyed the bigger boat – Tranguilite. The daily weather forecasts and availability of advice and help at short notiv=ce was excellent. We all enjoyed ourselves very much

The sailing

Staff were all very helpful. The whole process went very smoothly from the initial booking process to disembarking the boat.

An evening flight time was awful, and meant the whole day (Sunday) was wasted. Especially as the flight was then delayed
