Overall, we were very pleased with the boat and staff. The boat was clean when we arrived and well-equipped. The check-in process through Queenniesha and briefing by Hollywood were great. Queenniesha did a great job of checking in with us the first couple of days to make sure we’d arrived and found protective harbor as a tropical storm was developing over the area. She kept up with us throughout the trip. Early into the trip, the generator had randomly shut off several times, not due to overheating or oil issues, and that the water maker didn’t function. A technician was dispatched, but was specifically told not to investigate the water maker issue. When asked why, the company simply advised that we would need to purchase water throughout our trip and that we would be reimbursed. A day or two later, one AC began to freeze up nightly. A technician was dispatched and cleaned a return air filter, never checking Freon levels, etc. The advice from him and base was to turn off the unit and let it defrost before starting again. We managed around both issues throughout the trip.
Beyond those issues, the boat performed well and we had a great 2-week sail. We would definitely use Sunsail again.

Un peu perdus au départ entre l’hôtel , où trouver la base sunsail, le supermarché , les douches ( fallait acheter un badge on ne savait pas et c’était trop tard pour l’acheter donc pas de douche 1er soir)

The quality of the catamaran we chartered on flottila. The experience of the lead skipper on flottila. The enthusuastic support of the flottila engineer. The location and route of the flottila. Any issues were dealt with efficiently and with a smile.

Good service, particularly in fixing a problem. Good flotilla lead crew.

THe lead captain of the flotilla and his assistant went out of there way to make our sailing experience great. THe morning briefings were informative and concise. The staff was friendly and available to assist when necessary.
We never had to launch the Dingy a single time during the course of the flotilla
