The boat was great

Variety of places visited on the Islands.

With a Flotilla, on arrival it would be good to be given a sheet with the names of the other boats, skipper name and contact details as well as the names and contact information of the skipper and crew.

I would love to learn more about Sunsail’s local impacts and ways to support small island economies while chartering. Probably pretty obscure request I understand, but I am from a similar place (Abaco, Bahamas)

All was goo, but some of the equipment such as the water maker was inoperable and the sail batten ends were worn, sticking out of sail, hanging top on the rigging when trying to hoist the mainsail

First time sailing and loved the experience. Every day was very different and a great way to see the Ionian coast. We had a freelance skipper (Nicos) who was very easy company and very knowledgeable.

Generally very good. Three minor things: life jackets provided were all L or XL so not great for average/small adults, the online video briefings slightly missed the mark (chart briefing was poor/too long to take-in in advance of holiday), and having to queue for a long time to get in on some days was frustrating.

Boat was in excellent condition. Well organised

Assistance top niveau : notre bateau a eu dès les premiers jours une fuite d’eau douce. Le technicien du lead boat a essayé de réparer, sans succès puis une équipe d’intervention rapide est intervenue très efficacement. Nous avons eu bien entendu des désagrément de cette fuite mais nous avons pu gardé le plan initial de la flottille.

I have chartered from SunSail several times and have had overall good experiences

Aucune mauvaise surprise. Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. Seul bémol le department sales qui m’a poussé à passer un day skipper alors que je n’avais aucune expérience de voile. Erreur détectée en amont et intégration du cours compétent crew avec succès.

Friendliness and good service of the staff are n the office and at the dock.
We appreciated the responsiveness to our questions and walking the extra mile to get things done.
