The quality and the cleanliness of the chartered yacht, the Dubrovnik staff and team are also very helpful and very pleasant to deal with in particular Keith the base manager.

We were very pleased with our charter from the Portorosa base.
The biggest area of improvement would be the shower/toilet facilities.
There was one indoor shower/toilet and one outdoor shower/toilet.
Need to have additional (and nicer) facilities available for the charter guests.

Great boats, good service, great location

We had not been to the BVIs before so we weren’t sure as to what to expect. We found that the Sunsail marina was tidy and welcoming to sailors. We found our yacht in very good condition (cleanliness, etc.). There was not a bunch of formality surrounding the process of checking in.

We did experience a generator pump issue and we called it in for service and within a couple of hours a repair person was present and was able to fix the issue.

When we asked for assistance leaving the marina and coming back, assistance was readily available.
