Very smoothly run. Good boat and staff

Provide 2 free sail days during the flotilla, and allow a little more flexibility in evening activity, arrangement in Fiscardo worked well.

The overall experience from contact with the booking agent (Raphael is the best!!). The receipt in the marina, the boat that well fitted, support when returning. Keep this level of service plse.

The boat worked great and was in good condition (no issues). Luka (our skipper) was phenomenal and made the trip extra special.

The boat was not ready on time. While we were able to board an hour early, the next day we had to wait for refueling, a paddle board, ice chest, things that should have been prepared the day before.

Things went well from check in to checkout. No problems. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Positive People Experience – Everyone I encountered appeared to be genuinely engaged and interested in getting us properly onboarded, equipment properly fixed quickly before we sailed, and requests met (e.g., needed child size swim fins, etc.). I saw this same level of attention upon returning the boat.

The Jenneau 44 yacht was great – very well equipped. The flotilla was very well run – Sam, Ellie and Draco were brilliant.

over all it was a brilliant holiday. first time we had been on a flotilla. The staff made everything easy and were very helpful. they took the stress out of everything for us such as mooring and restaurant recommendations and reservations.
