Pilot was great

Great boats, good service, great location

We had not been to the BVIs before so we weren’t sure as to what to expect. We found that the Sunsail marina was tidy and welcoming to sailors. We found our yacht in very good condition (cleanliness, etc.). There was not a bunch of formality surrounding the process of checking in.

We did experience a generator pump issue and we called it in for service and within a couple of hours a repair person was present and was able to fix the issue.

When we asked for assistance leaving the marina and coming back, assistance was readily available.

Our skipper Stipe really made our sailing experience extra special. He showed us fabulous bays and beautiful islands and introduced us to the most amazing restaurants

The service was good. Team came out to fix items twice. Not sure why but this is first experience with multiple technical issues on trip. Nothing too major, just something for me to deal with over multiple days.
