Customer service was excellent, both office and dock support. Boat had a couple maintenance issues.

Our flight was cancelled to Martinique. We flew to st Lucia and staff at both locations coordinated to get us from one island to the other with minimal delays. All the staff put in 110% effort. I was glad we chose Sunsail.

The team is very easy to work with. The facilities and boats are clean and well-maintained. We originally arranged the trip to occur 2 years ago and it got delayed two concurrent times. The aggravation and logistical complexity was significantly eased by Sunsail’s clarity and communication.

We’ve been chartering with Sunsail for about 20 years. Boats are generally in good shape, people are friendly and helpful, and problems are solved quickly.
