The whole experience with the sunsail team was great. All the team at the marina took care of any issues we had and were very friendly. We are repeat customers and the level of service is fantastic.

Easy embarking and disembarking processes. They staff were very helpful with whatever we needed promptly when we arrived and departed.
Julian was just perfect performing our briefing. There were issues with the vessel, but they did not stand in our way of having a perfect vacation. -
We thought the vacation was amazing and loved the experience. Also, our Captain was incredible. However, when arriving on Monday, 4/11 early (11am), we were expecting to go out that day and disappointed when we weren’t able. Then, when we got the ship, nobody gave us a walk through of the mechanicals or how things worked so we were figuring things out often that first day. Once the captain arrived, he was great in providing insight.

Friendly helpful people by phone, by email and at the base in Croatia. Keith was superb. Lots of useful information to help us be prepared. Boat was immaculate too, which is always nice.

On my RYA Day Skipper course in Croatia the instructor was excellent and, despite never having met before, we jelled really well as a crew.
