We know about all of the difficulties that your base in the BVI has been having to deal with of late. We are VERY appreciative of your efforts to have our Charter proceed as planned. Virtually EVERY staff person we had contact with was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. We also feel that your representative, John Osborne was excellent in his dealings with us throughout the Charter process.

We had a great charter. The boat was beautiful, the charter base was impressive, the staff were friendly and supportive given it was our first charter. We had to reschedule twice due to Covid and the reservation staff were accommodating helping us rearrange our plans.

Overall, communication and information was quite good (covid info was a little off, but as it changes so frequently around the world, we feel the staff did their best to help us). Dealing with Sunsail has been a pleasant experience. We have received the help we needed overall and with specific issues as needed. Renting the yacht was fairly simple and straightforward.

The boat wasn’t in great shape. We had to wake up at least once in the middle of every night to charge the engine even though we ran it during the day
