The team is very easy to work with. The facilities and boats are clean and well-maintained. We originally arranged the trip to occur 2 years ago and it got delayed two concurrent times. The aggravation and logistical complexity was significantly eased by Sunsail’s clarity and communication.

Virtually EVERY staff person we had contact with was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. We also feel that your representative, John Osborne was excellent in his dealings with us throughout the Charter process.

Better communication about the boat. We were delayed, but did not know why until the next morning.
