it was a positive experience from the minute we arrived at the marina. the staff is amazing. so helpful and so kind. we had a mechanical issue our first day out. called for service. they said they would be there in 90 minutes. and literally arrived on the exact minute. and fixed the issue with the swim platform.

Captain Nibs was amazing! So glad sunsail paired us up with such a respectful and competent captain. Sunsail was quick to respond to requests and easy to work with.

Good boats locations staff

From the moment my crew and I checked in with Lene at Rodney Bay she and her team went to work with helping us with the P. C. R. test to showing us our boat getting provisions on board and seeing us off, our return was flawless was as easy thanks to Lene and her team, everyone was outstanding

The boat was clean and maintained to a high standard and the staff at English Harbour base were particularly helpful, easy to deal with and addressed all of our needs. The one issue we had with the boat, a snapped anchor bridle was fixed very quickly by the base staff which required them to travel by car to our location to deal with.

We had a wonderful sail. When things needed attention, the staff fixed them in a reasonable time.

Overall good value for money. The boat had some minor cosmetic issues that only minimally detracted from the experience. Fueling up at the end of the trip was a bit confusing and subsequently had us changing our plans on the day before trip’s end. Again, nothing major.
