Check in and out was very well organized and easy (Chris was excellent). Boat was in great shape and worked flawlessly. Staff member (James) came out and offered to helm us into the slip – much appreciated. Fantastic first experience. Moorings/Sunsail is a highly professional charter company dedicated to its customers having a GREAT experience. Well done!!!

Customer service was excellent. The boat was relatively new few a few minor issues. Great value.

it was a positive experience from the minute we arrived at the marina. the staff is amazing. so helpful and so kind. we had a mechanical issue our first day out. called for service. they said they would be there in 90 minutes. and literally arrived on the exact minute. and fixed the issue with the swim platform.
that’s great customer service and support
