Just so easy, relaxed and helpful from start to finish.
Difficult times with lots of phone calls pre-holiday with such patient happy people on the end of the phone just generally willing to help us get away and enjoy ourselves.

A stronger awareness of how to navigate the Covid rules would have been really helpful. We very much tried on the advice of EasyJet. We do understand that the rules change all the time but it would have been really helpful to have some extra assistance.

having the back up of a really great team lead by Deni. As it was only my 2nd time on flotilla after my Day Skipper I was happy that Deni was extremely patient, gave very clear instructions when needed and with his team kept us all safe even in a couple of violent storms.
