Excellent customer service. Best checkin/checkout experience we’ve had in 4 vacations with Sunsail. Extremely detailed captains briefing. Allowed us to stay onboard at end of trip in air conditioned salon until our flight at 3pm.

Kompente Beratung durch Frau Scheuermann und Arand. Leute in der Marina Portorosa (Giovanni, Gianni usw,) waren sehr professionell, freundlich, hilfsbereit, einfach super!

Our charter in St Martin was my 8th Charter with Sunsail/ Moorings and I plan to have many more in the future. I always tell every family and friend I can about the great experience is.

The Antigua base staff went far above our expectations. All of the other Sunsail locations have given us satisfactory service but not to the level we received at Antigua. I know they are a smaller location but having staff load our luggage on board and take off after the charter was a great service. Other examples of the service they loaded all of our refrigerated items in the refrigerator for us. Plus just a friendly smile and questions on how we enjoyed our trip and what did we get to see and do. They just took that extra step.
