The handover briefing missed a few points, and there were a couple of reliability issues with the boat

We bareboated. You honoured and extended a 2 year old Covid related voucher with no hassle. Your team in the booking office were easy to deal with and quick to respond. The checkin process at Lefkas was quick, easy and the boat briefing very complete. The briefing videos were excellent. The sailing area of Ionian offers lots of choices, predictable winds, great places to stop.

The team of Gloria, Matt and Ivan made the holiday, they were attentive and friendly. The boat didn’t offer the sailing performance we would have expected however as the rig was undersized for the hull. The sails were cut without enough shape and the rig setup was depowered. As keen sailors, we would have liked a much better rig and sail setup.

everything was so well organised. Gloria, Matthew, Ivan were super help to us all.

Staff briefed, prepared and supervised us well regarding the local requirements for leaving and arriving at marinas, town quays and moorings. This removed any uncertainty or stress for skippers unfamiliar with the local situation.
