Our Bareboat Charter in Phuket, Thailand was the experience of a lifetime. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service by the Sunsail Team. The Juneau 41 Sailboat was in excellent condition, and all of the preparation, provisioning, and chart briefing were professional and well done!

The base staff in Grenada were amazing people!

Because the Sunsail Flotilla is the perfect choice for less expert skippers like me. In addition it’s a good opportunity to know interesting people.

We sailed from beautiful Marina Agana with Sunsail. We were so well looked after by Cally, Alex & Louis. They could not have done enough for us. We had a small problem with the generator and Louis rectified it immediately. Alex was the one helping us moor and tie the lines, he was brilliant. Cally was the person who came on board and informed us of meeting times, recommended and booked us restaurants, organised a brilliant bingo game and an amazing Pub quiz. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they all went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us. I would give this team eleven out of ten. They were brilliant. 🤩

Really enjoyable week thanks to the professional and friendly Sunsail team: Cerys, Harry and Lois took all the stress out of planning, mooring, docking, dealing with boat issues, etc

Hvar flotilla was fantastic. Very chilled flotilla. Nice mix of people.

It takes a high level of emotional intelligence to make a good lead crew, and a bad lead crew can ruin a holiday, by being overbearing, loud or too bossy.

Our lead crew was PERFECT – Cerys was a great host – perfect balance of professional and friendly. Harry was an excellent lead skipper – allowed boats to feel in control but was always there to give you a gentle nudge in the right direction if needed. Having Lois on hand to solve technical problems at all hours was such a luxury. Her calm but friendly approach was spot on.

Croatia is stunning – and the route gave us a mix of bustling towns, and remote bays. Fantastic food – thanks for recommendations Cerys. ⛵️

Our July 2026 Belize Island Hopper catamaran sailing trip was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken! My husband and I traveled with two other couples, and from the moment we stepped aboard until the very end of the trip, everything exceeded our expectations.

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, the itinerary was perfectly planned, and every stop felt like a new adventure. Whether we were snorkeling crystal-clear reefs, exploring beautiful islands, or simply relaxing on the catamaran, every day was unforgettable.

The biggest reason this trip was so incredible, though, was our amazing crew. Captain Terrell Taylor was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, incredibly skilled, and always made us feel completely safe and well taken care of. He was also so much fun to be around and made the entire experience feel effortless.

A huge thank you also goes to Chef Trish Smith, who absolutely spoiled us all week! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and honestly restaurant quality. We were constantly amazed by what she was able to create in the galley. She was warm, welcoming, and made everyone feel right at home.

The combination of exceptional service, delicious food, stunning scenery, and lifelong memories made this trip worth every penny. We laughed nonstop, made incredible memories with friends, and left Belize already talking about when we can come back.

If you’re considering the Belize Island Hopper sailing trip, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Captain Terrell and Chef Trish as your crew, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. Thank you both for making our vacation so special!

We’ve had a glorious 2 weeks family with teens Flotilla holiday to Krka , Vis and then Hvar, with Finn, India and Ben our lead crew. They were amazing – fun, experienced, and unflappable. The boat was so comfortable, the day and night stops were a real variety and so pretty. 2 weeks was not long enough 😎

Absolutely incredible holiday! India Finn and Ben were such a wonderful team and really made the whole trip for us, the environment and sailing were probably the best we’ve ever had as a family and we’re all itching to go back already! I cannot recommend it enough or commend sunsail enough, It was a fantastic holiday!

Perfectly organised week of beautiful sailing, flotilla nudging was great, not too much, not too little, very nice ambiance and a lot of fun thanks to the amazing hostess India, lead skipper Finn and technician Ben!

A very good experience and an even better lead crew: Harry, Lois, Cerys. Very good weather and refreshing water to dive in. Also enough activities with the flotilla to bind with everyone. I especially liked the bingo, because it was both entertaining and challenging to do. We went there for a week and in my opinion it wasn’t long enough. The stays of course depend on the type of boat you get, but there’s enough room for most things you need or need to do.

I would highly recommend sailing and experiencing the flotilla in Croatia.

We had a brilliant week on the Hvar flotilla with our 2 children (12 & 10). The lead crew Harry, Cerys and Lois made sure that everything ran seamlessly and ensured that we all had a fantastic time!

We had a fantastic week, due in large part to the trio of the energetic India, resourceful Finn and totally chill Ben. When you’re tired at the end of a day’s sailing and approaching a new harbour / anchorage / buoy it’s great to have Finn talking you in over the VHF and reassuring to see Ben in a dingy, ready to nudge your bow. Shy about your limited grasp of Croatian? Leave it to India, she’ll book the table.

Great holiday. Very helpful and enthusiastic crew of Alex, Cally and Louie. They went to great lengths to ensure everything went smoothly and safely. All was well organised and great fun. Very beautiful locations and good restaurants.

Our second Sunsail floatilla this month and our second amazing experience.
We choose a floatilla over bare boat for the support and the social side – both of which were brilliant.
The team on our latest adventure (Hvar) were amazing. Harry, Lois and Cerys were exceptional. We managed to keep them on their toes when we needed to move our boat in the middle of the night.

We joined a Sunsail Flotilla to Krka, and had an excellent week.

Our flotilla lead crew, Skipper Finn, Hostess India and Technician Ben were superb. They thoroughly briefed us everyday and and queries or technical issues raised were immediately attended to. They also ensured great spirit on the flotilla with some fun social activities.

Our yacht a Dufour 41.3 was in excellent condition and was very comfortable, with very effective air conditioning.

This was our first time as Sunsail guest and we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing fun with family. Went with 15 people, friends,business and kids. It was great the whole time – visited different islands, sailed, ate, swam, etc. Had a fabulous Capt. Uros, who did everything for us. Basically planned the route and just went. Sunsail was extremely professional and boat was quite nice, 56ft catamaran. Would definitely do again. Somewhere new next time.

Our family returned again for a second flotilla with the Sunsail team at Agana, this week we did the Brac itinerary, last year we did the Hvar itinerary. We had a completely outstanding lead crew, India, Finn and Ben who could not have done more for our family (Inc two teenage boys). They helped with every aspect of our week; assistance with our boat when needed, advice on routes and great places to stop for lunch, bookings each evening in marinas and restaurants, fixing anything on the boat but most importantly they brought so much fun to the week and they had an incredibly calm approach when guiding us in to the marinas each day.
I should also mention the boats at Agana are of an incredibly high standard, the boat we were on was new last year so we have been very lucky.
We would 100% recommend both itineraries and look forward to returning again. This year we had a bit of time to kill on our final day and so booked ourselves in to the Marinus Beach Hotel which is opposite marina. We will definitely do that again too.

Our crew : Alex, Cally and Louie were really great and helpful. We really enjoyed the whole week with our three kids! Thank you!

A truly wonderful lead crew. India, Ben and Finn made the week! So knowledgeable, friendly and inclusive. We sailed for six days …. Family of 4…. Only one experienced skipper in our family so all the support and expertise appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone!! Felt lively and peaceful at different times. Something for everyone!!
