Outstanding trip overall. Base was very helpful, especially Sandra Mitchell. Boat was supposed to have a watermaker but it didn’t work which caused us to have to dock twice to resupply water. This cost us precious time which meant we didn’t get to complete our planned itinerary. We also had to spend 4 hours one day getting work done on the generator. Good news was that Chubby was able to fix it in Staniel Cay without us going further out of our way. The boat also needs several sheaves replaced on the sail controls. The damaged ones made it much harder to sail.

Son sales staff were friendly and helpful and informative. The boat was in good condition and ready to sail enabling us to leave early.

We absolutely love Sunsail and have done close to twenty charters with you. The customer service is great, the boats are well maintained and the locations are fabulous. What’s not to like?

Exceptional service in helping me arrange a flotilla of five boats in the Seychelles during logistically challenging circumstances due to Covid. Once in the Seychelles the base team was extremely patient and answered every question with a smile. It helped contribute to a truly magical experience!
