Often described as Phuket 20 years ago, the pace of life on Koh Lanta is relaxed and easy going. There are two lovely beaches along the west coast and good shelter in some pretty anchorages on the east coast. The islands to the South have good snorkeling and the Emerald cave on Ko Muk is a must see if you have the time.
