Overseas Yacht bases
Our Yacht bases operate our flotilla and bareboat yacht charter holidays.
The majority of opportunities are at our bases in Greece, Turkey and Croatia with occasional positions available in Majorca, Antigua and the British Virgin Islands.
For flotilla, we recruit lead crews that consist of a Skipper, Engineer and Host. Living on board your yacht, you will work together to ensure guests enjoy their holiday by organising routes, fully briefing clients, providing sailing/mooring assistance, arranging group meals and social events.
Shore based opportunities are also available for Skippers, Engineers and Hosts. These roles are involved in preparing and maintaining yachts ready for charter and ensuring clients are fully briefed. In addition, Skippers will go on charter with guests and deliver and re-locate yachts.
