With the largest matched fleet of yachts in the world, no one has an unfair advantage. Everyone starts on a level playing field so the only way to win is to work together and be the best!

Safety first
Sunsail’s UK bases are fully recognised by the Royal Yachting Association, our yachts fully comply with the Marine & Coastguard Agency Code of Practice for Sail Training Yachts, and all Sunsail Skippers are qualified and hold a commercial endorsement. This means that our safety procedures and equipment are regularly monitored to comply with RYA regulations.  At Sunsail we make sure your day a safe and enjoyable experience.

What to wear
Non sailors might worry that specialist clothing is needed when on board, but all we recommend you wear is deck shoes, sailing boots or non-marking trainers and multiple thin layers rather than one thick layer. Should it be needed, we have wet weather gear available to hire.

Staying overnight
Overnight accommodation is on board your yacht in shared cabins (please bring own bedding and towels). Local hotel accommodation can easily be arranged if required. Our fleets have modern galleys, cabin, saloons and hot showers on board.
