IF YOU WANT TO TAKE PART IN A FUN AND EXHILARATING SAIL, ENJOYING THE ADRENALIN OF REGATTA RACING, THEN THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU!
This thrilling ‘round the cans’ racing in the Solent will include two races on Saturday and two on Sunday* on board one of our matched fleet of Sunfast 37’s
SPRING SERIES
Round 1 - 6th to 7th March
Round 2 - 20th to 21st March - Note revised date!
Round 3 - 27th to 28th March
SUMMER SERIES
Round 4 - 17th to 18th July
Round 5 – 21st – 22nd August
AUTUMN SERIES
Round 6 – 25th – 26th September
Round 7 - 9th to 10th October
Round 8 – 16th – 17th October
FINAL – 6th November
Charter package costs £730 per boat and includes:
• Hire of a Sunfast 37 from 1900hrs Friday to 1700hrs Sunday over the weekend of your chosen round
• Race entry fees and racing premiums
• Committee Boat and all race organization
• Free entry into the final for the winners
• VAT
Additional items:
• Catering for the weekend
• Wet weather gear is available to hire at £6.00 per set per day
• Yacht engine hours are payable on your return to Port Solent and are charged at £6.00 per hour
Hiring a Sunsail Skipper
Sunsail skippers can be hired for £200 per day plus out of pocket expenses. The skipper will be resident on board your yacht for the duration of the event meaning that you will be limited to six crewmembers sleeping on board (yachts are coded and equipped to sail with a maximum of eight people).
INDIVIDUAL PLACES ARE AVAILABLE ON ROUNDS 2 AND 7
Individuals package costs £225 per person and includes:
• One individual place on board a Sunfast 37 from 1900hrs Friday to 1700hrs Sunday over the weekend of your chosen round
• Sunsail Skipper
• Overnight accommodation on board your yacht**
• 2 day provisioning pack which will include breakfast and lunch each day
• Race entry fees and racing premiums
• Committee Boat and all race organization
• Free entry into the final for the winners
• VAT
Additional items:
• Evening meals
• Wet weather gear is available to hire at £6.00 per set per day
• Yacht engine hours are payable on your return to Port Solent and are charged at £6.00 per hour
Racing Series Final
Should your team be successful in your round and qualify for the final, you will be required to participate on 6th November. If you are unable to, this may put your teams’ qualification in jeopardy.
How to Book
We hope that you will take up this opportunity to book one of our Sunfast 37s and in order to secure your yacht; we require a non-refundable deposit of £300 per yacht. Please note there is a 2% surcharge applicable to credit card payments. Debit cards and cheques remain unaffected.
