Starting at Sunsail’s base in Vounaki you will set sail on this two week Ithaca Flotilla itinerary and visit six beautiful Greek islands including Cephalonia, Ithaca, Levkas and Meganissi. Traditional Greek fishing harbors, gently sloping olive groves and deep bays surrounded by mountains are all yours to discover.  With short hops and line of sight navigation this is a great 1st time 2 week flotilla.

Day 1: Arrive at Vounaki

Start your flotilla at our own private base, also home to Sunsail’s Club Vounaki.

Day 2: Spartahori, Meganissi – 9 miles, 2 hours

From this traditional Greek fishing harbour take a walk to the top of the village for a fantastic panoramic view.

Day 3: Sivota, Levkas – 6 miles, 1-2 hours

Surrounded by gently sloping olive groves, this is a lovely quiet little bay.

On the north east of the island, this is a delightful town with lots of Greek charm.

An idyllic spot nestled at the end of a long deep bay and surrounded by mountains.

Day 6 & 7: Free Sailing

What do you want to do today? You can put your sailing skills to the test and go for a big sailing adventure, sail to a secluded bay for some lunch, go to the nearest town for a spot of shopping, or simply relax where you are, it's entirely up to you.

Day 8: Fiscardo, Cephalonia

This is a picturesque little town with a variety of restaurants, bars and a museum.

Day 9: Vassiliki, Levkas – 12 miles, 2 hours

To the south of Levkas, Vassiliki is a windsurfer’s paradise.

Day 10: Port Kastos, Kastos – 20 miles, 3-4 hours

This is a step back in time and a great place to wind down over some delicious Greek delicacies.

Day 11: Free sailing & Beach party, Sarakanikos Bay

Day 12: Port Kalamos, Kalamos – 3 miles, ½ hour

A short hop to Kastos’ neighbouring island and you’ll find another typically Greek village with a warm local welcome.

Enjoy a leisurely 20 minute stroll from the Town Quay up to the quaint local village.
