Sailing in St. Vincent and the Grenadines

St. Vincent flotilla sailing, with its tempting mixture of blue water sailing and sheltered island cruising with line-of-sight navigation, is suitable for experienced sailors looking for the challenge of exhilarating sailing in steady, warm winds.

The winter months are the time to visit for the most exciting and challenging sailing – in summer, conditions are more relaxed. Winds in the winter are generally north-easterly, south-easterly in the summer months. Temperatures range from 75 - 82 F (24 - 28 C).
