Pantai Cenang

Pantai Cenang is a short hop from our base at the Royal Langkawi Yacht Club and a great stop prior to returning back to base.  It is located on the most south western tip of the island and is about 11.5 miles from Kuah Town.  It features fine sands, crystal clear waters, elegant casuarinas and lofty coconut trees that line the 1.5 mile stretch of beachfront.  While it is the most popular area of Langkawi it still has great charm and an air of serenity and tranquility.  It is a place to chill out and enjoy the picturesque vista along the shore.

The coastline is dotted with innumerable restaurants, bars and nightclubs.  Try the Red Tomato for a drink or Orkid Ria and sample some of their finest giant tiger prawns.  Dining out on your yacht charter to Pantai Cenang can be a sense-assaulting experience, one where you can choose between the simplicity of the hawker stalls, the din of noisy kopitimians or the elegant ambiance of international restaurants.  There is infinite shopping  to stock up on the essential souvenirs, thrilling water sports, scintillating nightlife for those with more energy to burn, and amazingly delicious seafood.

A Langkawi yacht charter would not be the same if you were to miss the spectacular sunset, but be sure to have a cold drink in hand to fully appreciate the wonderful site.  Beyond the sands are the lush green rainforests, which provide a grand treat for those with an adventurous nerve.
