Kargilibuk Yacht Charters

Heading west from English Harbour, past the Kem Rocks, you will come to the attractive inlet of Kargilibuk.  Thick pine forests run right down to the water’s edge and there is a simple restaurant on the western side at the head of the bay.  This is a lovely, remote stopover on a Kargilibuk yacht charter – somewhere that will be appreciated by those who really like to get away from it all.

Mooring:

  • Anchor at the elbow of the islet in 16 - 26 feet (5 – 8 meters).
  • The head of the bay has silted but yachts drawing around 5 feet (1.5 meters) should be able to negotiate their way in.
  • The best policy is to check with the dinghy first.
