Located at the western end of Tortola, Soper’s Hole which is situated on Frenchman’s Cay, is an ideal place to stop, refuel and replenish provisions. West End has good shopping and a wide choice of lively bars and restaurants. If you happen to find yourself on Tortola when there’s a full moon, then you really do have to check out the legendary Bomba’s Full Moon Party at the graffiti-covered Bomba Shack at Cappoon’s Bay on the north side of the island.
