Our Sunsail corporate team building programs are tailored to the precise requirements of your business and are designed to facilitate the transfer of team building skills and tactics learned on the water back to the office.
Sunsail offers 5-7 day corporate programs, kicking off with a welcome reception at the Mariner Inn and if you desire, a motivational speaker selected with the needs of your company in mind. Guests then sleep aboard their yacht before embarking on an exciting and challenging day at sea.
The teams will work on building high performance through the balancing of task, team and individual.
A racing module will focus everyone’s attention on matters of planning, delegation and motivation, while fun cruising gives everyone an opportunity to put their new found skills into practice.
A Sunsail team building program includes a review of individual and team performance to show how the lessons learned at sea can be implemented at work.
