Experience the best of both worlds on the Club Colonna/ BVI Flotilla
Scattered over the 30 miles around the Sir Francis Drake Channel in the northeast Caribbean, the British Virgin Islands sailing area is one of the finest and most protected in the world. After a week at Club Colonna on Antigua, we will transfer you to Tortola where your flotilla adventure will start. You will take in some of the most legendary stops of the area so be prepared for azure waters, splendid snorkeling and lively bays coupled with quiet desert island beaches and a Caribbean cocktail or two.
Suited to all levels, flotilla sailing allows you to be as flexible and independent as you like, safe in the knowledge that help is at hand if you need it. Cruise in the company of up to 12 yachts, under the guidance of a lead boat crew which consists of a flotilla skipper, hostess and engineer. The crew explain all you need to know about the operation of your boat, the route you’ll be sailing, weather conditions and keep you informed about the best restaurants, points of interest and facilities available along the route.
If you’ve never skippered before, book yourself onto a 3 day training course at the Club, perhaps with a member of your crew. To give yourself time to enjoy other activities at the Club, you can take the same course at Sunsail UK prior to your holiday.
