Sunsail Clubs allow you to indulge your passion, and with no compromise on equipment or safety, intermediate and advanced windsurfers will be impressed with our range of Starboard Carves and full complement of ‘bump and jump’ free ride rigs with carbon masts, quality booms and sails.

Windsurfing is a unique and exciting sport, and above all, great fun and a real ‘feel good’ activity – particularly when blasting over clear blue waters under the stunning Mediterranean or Caribbean sunshine. If you’ve never tried windsurfing before, this is a great time to learn, whatever your age.

Once you have mastered the basics you will be addicted! Over the last few years learning has been revolutionised -we have all the latest teaching equipment in all our Sunsail Clubs, and the wider boards and lighter sails are much easier to handle. No more awkward hours spent wobbling around on a precarious platform trying to pull the sail out of the water, our modern teaching methods allow you to be more in control as you progress to shorter, more challenging boards.

Club Javelin, Club Perili and Club Colonna have particularly good windsurfing conditions and RYA qualified instructors are always on hand with some informal advice and free clinics during the week. For more formal tuition, we recommend you book yourself on to one of our courses for some more intense training.

1 Day RYA Level 1 - Learn to windsurf

This will take you from complete beginner, teaching you the basics of windsurfing using the right equipment; enabling you to sail to where you want to go to and back to where you started from.
