Club Vounaki is very much a modern resort with a traditional Greek feel, giving you the best of both worlds. Over the past years, we have invested significant resources in upgrading Club Vounaki and our guests are delighted with the results – cool, fresh contemporary rooms that are spacious and comfortable.

The food and drink offering at Club Vounaki is something we are very proud of – we want this to be one of the highlights of your vacation and are constantly working with our team of chefs to ensure that you are consistently delighted from meals to drinks.

Included in your vacation, is an appetizing Half Board meal plan which consists of all breakfasts, 2 lunches, 5 dinners and the traditional Sunsail T&C's (Tea and Cakes) everyday.

For children 12yrs and under a full board meal plan is offered, with healthy and children friendly dishes served, fresh baby purée is available for our younger travellers, just let the Restaurant Manager know and they will process immediately — its that fresh! No salt or sugar are added to children's food.

 
 
Food and Drink

Club Vounaki has two bars – the Deck Bar, which adjoins the main restaurant, has plenty of comfy seating and great views out over the Ionian, and the Kirki Bar, which is the place to watch all the comings and goings on the beach while enjoying a cold drink and a snack.

The Kirki Bar Restaurant has a full menu, as does our main restaurant, which has  recently undergone a smart refurbishment and are both great places to linger over dinner and some excellent Greek wines, whilst making the most of the extensive and delicious food on offer.

If you have any special dietry requirements please let us know, and our chefs will be more than happy to cater for your requests.

Entertainment

Several nights each week Club Vounaki puts on entertainment for our guests. It might be Salsa or the traditional Greek dancing, which is always good for a laugh, or perhaps our famous Sunsail Punch Party or the Club Vounaki Quiz Night, hosted by the staff and guaranteed to fuel a sense of competition between rival tables with some of the most random, eclectic topics and tasks that you will ever have encountered. 

Whatever it is, we don’t take anything too seriously and it’s up to you whether you want to join in or simply sit back, order another bottle of wine and watch people having fun!

And of course, as with every Sunsail vacation, there is always the end of week Prize Giving!

Accommodation

Club Vounaki’s elevated position ensures that all of the ninety-five guest rooms have either terraces or balconies and a view of either the sea or the mountains behind. The rooms are spacious and have air-conditioning, an en suite shower room, mini-fridge, hairdryer, tv, telephone and tea and coffee-making facilities as standard. Safes are available from reception.

    Doubles/Twins

    Double or twin beds. Some are large enough to take up to 2 further Z beds. Rooms are available with a sea view. Interconnecting rooms available. Minimum occupancy 2 people.

     
  • Sunsail Bedroom Sea View Club Vounaki

    Doubles/Twin Suites

    Double or twin beds, sofa bed and space for a Z bed/cot. Suites offer a large terrace area with sea views. Minimum occupancy 2 people low & mid season, and 3 people high season.

     
  • Sunsail appartment Vounaki Club

    One Bedroom Apartments

    1 Double bedroom and adjoining living area with sofa bed and space for a further Z bed/cot. Bathroom is accessed through the living area, although some rooms have bathrooms off the bedroom. Apartments offer either a balcony or terrace with stunning sea views. Minimum occupancy 3 people.

     
  • Sunsail Two bedroom Appartment Club vounaki

    Two Bedroom Apartments

    Able to accommodate up to seven people. two bedrooms, one double and one twin, separate living area with sofa bed and space for Z bed/cot. Two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. All rooms have a terrace offering spectacular sea views. Minimum occupancy 4 people.

     

  • Mezzanine Rooms

    Split-level open plan accommodation with one double bed on the top mezzanine floor and one below. Most have bunk beds in a curtained off area. Rooms can also accommodate a Z bed/cot. All Mezzanine Rooms have a balcony with sea view. Minimum occupancy 4 people in high season. 3 in low season.
